I have purchased the same one twice before from a garden furniture center in my area. The rainy season is tough on the cover especially when there are a lot of trees overhead. The first one I bought lasted 7 years and the second one lasted 5 years. I went to purchase the third one from the garden furniture center but the price had gone up so much I decided to look elsewhere. When it starts to rain, the ease and how quickly the cover can be installed over chairs and table is the major factor I find makes this cover the best item I've found for this function. I did put a stand with a flat plate at the top in the middle of the table to raise the covers center so that rain will run off the cover and not collect in its center.

This is the second 48" table cover that we have ordered. You have to be careful how you use the product so you don't create a depression in the center where snow and ice can collect which increases the pull on the top parts of any chair thereby causing a strain and eventual rip in the fabric of the cover.
