Time elapsed from order date to receipt of merchandise: 9 months. I was told if would take 20 weeks, but it took almost double that time. The delivery company placed the huge box upright at my front door and when I asked them if they would open the box and place the chaises. They said “no”. I am an elderly widow, living alone. When I tried to lay the box down, it fell on me. The good news is that I am still here to complain about it.

We were afraid that by trying to fix them, it would have made them worse so we had to call for a refund. We donated them to our local Rescue Mission (just recently because they were not taking anything during the covid 19 yellow phase) We fully intended on ordering again but have been busy with a sick family member for a few weeks and now we see they are $100 more A PIECE!!! We saved for a long time for them at the price we paid so now I don't know if we can afford $200 more : ( As disappointed as we are, we do not blame PatioLiving. The carrier came a day early, the chairs were all bent, the color wasn't even close to the description given by the manufacture and the now the price went up...…...a lot. But I will say that the service by Michael was fantastic. When we first ordered, we had an issue with the color we wanted (posted on the website) being incorrect, he helped with that. Then it was the damage / refund issue and he again was great. Honestly, if it wasn't for the big price increase, we wouldn't hesitate to re-order.

I chose black and white to go with the decor of my house. They are comfortable and durable and I have no doubt they are going to last for years and years!
