I just unpacked it 3 days ago and was disappointed to see that it had not been "stretched" properly on the frame, and there is sagging of the image itself. I have waited 3 days hoping that it would tighten up in an air-conditioned environment, but it has not. I have taken a video of it and will send to Luxedecor, the video shows the sag and movement of the painting when gently moved. I can take to a local framer and get re-stretched, but just fitting it in a vehicle (49" x 72") is going to be a problem.
